• German pattern - Made of C 45E quality steel according to DIN 17200. Forged head, with heat treatment by induction of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder painting by electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged and ground to exact dimensions, properly painted and protected against rust by powder coating - track and drawbar accurately ground by hand - with ash or hickory handle with double curvature. Hickory handle: hardwood of high density, suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is made by a hydraulic machine, a stress sensor measures on each product the power of the nozzle, then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin.
